Brief description :

To enable document exchange between the visa applicants and the legal firm, process the requests without delay, provide status of the petitions and act as advisory for the stakeholders.

 To be well versed in documentation & process for each geography  for processing all kinds of Visas like Business Visa, Work Permits, dependent and Transit visas for different countries

Oversees immigration programs and assists stake holders with immigration procedures by ensuring all paperwork, including applications and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure that candidate is suitable for meeting the immigration interview by conducting face to face meetings

Proactively counsel and educate managers across the business on all aspects of Immigration including relevant HR policies, appropriate procedures and practices, legislation and regulations.

Maintain good relationship  with Consulate, Embassies and Agents to ensure business success

Support most of the HR related activities and iniatives as a team

Heads up for the stakeholders on their visa status and change in rules and regulations

Highlighting and minimizing unwanted expenditures and executing methods to curtail the same  without hindering business requirement.
