Remote Support Engineer

Brief description :

  • Knowledge in Linux (DNS, DHCP, Domain Concepts, NFS, SAMBA, FTP, SSH, Bash, Crontab, LVM Management, Apache, IP Tables, Squid, Clustering)
  • Knowledge in scripting is an added advantage (Bash, Perl, Python)
  • Knowledge in Windows (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange)
  • Knowledge in Networking, Virtualization and Cloud
  • Knowledge in any monitoring software (Nagios, Icinga)
  • Knowledge in managing ticking tools (OTRS, Remedy)

Preferred skills

  • Minimum 1 Year experience in the field of Server Administration/Networking/Desktop Support ( Both Linux and Windows)
  • Should have good attitude towards work and should be a good team player
  • The candidate will have to work in flexible shifts (24/7 Support)
  • Certification :  RHCE Certified (Must)
  • Good Communication Skills in English is a must.
