German speaking English Support you are responsible for internal and external post-sales helpdesk and technical support.Within this role your responsibilities include technical support and customer troubleshooting including outbound and follow-up phone calls in English and German

Must be bilingual English and German

  • Previous experience of providing support on software systems.
  • Previous work experience as a Support Analyst, Technical Support Representative, 1st line support, Customer Service Representative or Helpdesk is essential
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Excellent customer service and help desk skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Strong communication skills: active listening, writing / typing, informal communication
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
