  • Exceptional English is MUST both written & verbal.
  • Should be outstanding in Spellings & English Grammar.
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
  •  Initiative and ability to get on and work on their own.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Proactive approach.       
  • Open to work in 24*7 environment including holidays.
  • Experience in International operations – Voice / Non Voice/ Chat, Email.
  • Good keyboarding skills (at least 30 WPM).
  • Should abide by the Company Policies and Procedures
Education Qualification: Any Graduation.
