Brief description :

  • Develop and execute a strategic paid search plan that integrates with organizational marketing initiatives
  • Exceptional ability to deliver real results in competitive spaces
  • Ultimate responsibility for meeting PPC initiatives, and over achieving on tangible monthly targets, which will be based on leads and ultimately revenues generated
  • The supervision and oversight of all paid search and organic campaigns, across all platforms
  • Management of keyword research
  • PPC audits and reports, and weekly performance reporting
  • Use of state of the art analytics to execute improvements
  • Liaising with on-site web developers on the implementation of tags and tracking
  • Manage and optimise all PPC landing pages and copy
  • Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies

Preferred skills

  • 3+ years relevant experience solely focussed on PPC, via all the usual sources, and in depth knowledge of AdWords, Analytics and SEM as a whole
  • Prior experience of managing budget for direct spend via such mediums, with successes is an absolute must
  • Forensic with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for all things PPC, which should be evidenced by examples of books read, courses undertaken and true passion
  • Good commercial awareness with a focus on driving sales/leads
  • Highly numerate and comfortable analysing statistics/identifying trends
  • Web design skills or an understanding of web design is an advantage
  • Team player but also motivated to work independently
  • Experience generating revenue through PPC campaigns
  • Google Adwords and/or Google Analytics Qualifications are an advantage
  • Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
  • Impeccable English both written and spoken is a must
