Brief description :

  • Provide customer support via web chat services, and resolve all customer issues with exception customer service skills
  • A passion for delivering high quality customer service and delighting our customers at all times
  • Follow predefined (as trained) support procedures and policies
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and develop processes & tools geared toward improving internal efficiency, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Master the use of our support channels, processes & tools
  • Identify and report issues & feedback through appropriate channels
  • Confidence and ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
  • Suggest process improvements

Preferred skills

  • Exceptional English is MUST both written & verbal
  • Should be outstanding in Spellings & English Grammar
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
  • Initiative and ability to get on and work on their own
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Open to work in 24*7 environment including holidays
  • Experience in International operations – Voice / Non Voice/ Chat, Email
  • Good keyboarding skills (at least 30 WPM)
  • Should abide by the Company Policies and Procedures
