We are currently searching for two dynamic Customer Support Executive to join our support team. As a customer support executive you will be replying to customer emails professionally to provide information

  • Acting as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents


Preferred skills

Required Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in working with internationl BPO or any international customer support Industry.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 


Required Skills


  • Good English Written & Communication skills.
  • Having good email etiquette

  • Good interpersonal skills and can handle pressure well. 
  • Good listening skills and ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solutions to the customer problem.
  • Active problem solving skills.
  • Candidate should know their way around social media platforms like, instagram and facebook.
