Operations Team Lead

 As a Team Leader of Operations, you will be responsible for driving the department towards suggesting/implementing creative solutions for existing process issues, identifying ways to automate or simplify how team members currently work and get involved in ongoing projects to build/launch more innovative ways for increasing efficiency/ productivity/outcomes. The successful candidate will have a passion to implement best practices, an interest in learning, as well as a desire to develop/groom team members into future leaders.

Job Requirements

Ability to comprehend/understand a new data domain

 Understanding of Data administration & functions (Collection, Management, Delivery etc.)

 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.)

 An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills

 Ability to engage in multiple assignments concurrently, with great attention to details.

 Passion to Lead, train and develop team members to reach their full potential.

 Great interpersonal skills and the ability to form strong working relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities


Develop / re-engineer an existing process for production / QA / delivery

Define roles and responsibilities of team members

Communicate and co-ordinate process adherence

Manage day-to-day operations & manage escalations

Find domain/ technology/process gaps and provide appropriate training

Collect feedback from members and review results

Create proper reports which showcase team's progress and provide inputs to the management to take decisions

Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in any Data Process of Real Estate/Banking/Insurance/Medical/Automotive (any non-Voice)
