We are looking for highly enthusiastic, energetic and resourceful candidate to develop & grow international and domestic business for our services and products.

You will define, manage, and evaluate business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop short-term business plans and supporting data-driven models.
You will have to engage with CXO level contact in the respective markets. This will be a hunting role with farming the accounts one has hunted. You will be evaluating prospects based on their position in the industry. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Draft clear, cohesive, comprehensive proposals in compliance with RFP & RFI and generate business.

You will develop creative marketing strategy for Company promotion & manage domestic as well as international clients.
Pre-sales activities like cold calling, leads follow-up & Lead generation from Domestic & International Market. Analyze and design requirement specification and transferring client requirement to technical team with effective Project Analysis & documentation.
You will be mentored on areas that would need some improvement and will be asked to mentor others on areas that you are pretty strong at. You must be passionate and should demonstrate your ability to take ownership of initiatives.

Preferred skills

At least 5 years plus Industry Experience and exposure in selling in US market
Highly enthusiastic, energetic & passionate carrying excellent analytical, communication, presentation & negotiation skills to drive business with online bidding.
Ability to manage/ lead response independently, manage quick follow up with prospects, extraordinary skills in drafting proposals quickly.
Ability to search/ filter good projects / clients.
Adept at selling services and products
Should have IT services company experience, specifically offshore
Revenue target driven
Hunter mindset.
Build relationship
Strong understanding of product technology, product roadmaps as well as product features and capabilities
Ability to analyze and synthesize data in order to propose best solution
