  • Acquiring the right talent End to End recruitment process
  • Sourcing through Job portals 
  • Calling, filtering and scheduling relevant profiles
  • Ensure recruitment within a limited timeline
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates
  • Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites
  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question

  • Ability to handle assignments independently 
  • Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
  • Ambitious, competitive, aggressive and passionate to succeed
  • Should be comfortable in screening the candidates through various sourcing methods 
  • Think out of the box
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Educational Qualification- MBA- HR
  • Flexible with work timing
