Finance Administrator or Finance Manager

Brief description :

·       Professional book-keeping with strict attention to all details using Quick Books Online in the exact manner required by Diagnal

·       Understanding of and responsibility for accurate tax calculations related to all financial transactions

·       Support of annual audit to be carried out by Diagnal appointed external auditor ensuring adequate preparation ahead of time for a quick and trouble free audit process

·       Ensuring that Diagnal stays within pre-approved cost budgets

·       Cash-flow management to ensure adequate funding for on-going business operations

·       Responsibilities for on time and accurate government registration / regulatory filings including but not limited to SEZ, MCA, RBI, India Tax Department and any other national/state/local governmental body required

·       Managing day to day interactions with banks as per approval limits

·       Managing locals accounts payable up to pre-approved limits

·       Employee payroll preparation and associated filings

·       Employee reimbursements checking, approvals and payments

·       Employee cost allocation for accounting purposes

·       Facilities asset management

·       Procurement of office supplies as required

·       Filing of all paper and electronic records / receipts in a secure, professional, structured manner

·       Ensuring confidentiality and security of confidential company and employee information that you have access to

·       Supporting and carrying out other agreed Finance tasks as requested from time to time

·       Improving Finance operations over time to ensure efficiency, accuracy and support for business operations



Your Experience and Education :


·       At least 3 years relevant Finance Administration experience preferably in an Information Technology company with referees who can be contacted


·       CA and/or Finance degree
