Associate - Seller Support & Order Management

  1. Providing timely and accurate operational support to Merchants selling on the company’s platform.
  2. Liaise with other departments such as Customer Relations, Accounts & Procurement teams to resolve Seller’s issues and questions.
  3. Order Management, including the organising, tracking and satisfying of purchase orders of the products ordered from the website

Preferred skills


  • Graduates with Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Management/Customer Relations profile
  • Positive, can-do attitude and enjoy meeting and interacting with sellers having businesses of all sizes.
  • High judgment and delivery of results are key requirements.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills & must be a Good Team player.
  • Time management skills.
  • Keen logical reasoning and data interpretation skills.
