BUILDINGS
Technopark has a total built-up space of about 4 million sq. ft, which is spread over 10 imposing structures besides the majestic Park Centre and ancillary support facilities. All buildings in Technopark bear the names of some of the enchanting rivers of Kerala - Pamba, Periyar, Nila, Chandragiri, Gayatri, Bhavani and Thejaswini.
LAND

Currently, there is no land available in Phase I campus for allotment. Second Phase As second phase expansion Technopark has acquired 86 acres of land on the NH Bye pass in Attinkuzhi near the existing campus. This area has been declared as a Special Economics Zone by the Govt. of India.50 acres of this land has been allotted to Infosys Technologies who would be construting a state-of-art Campus and the balance land of 36 acres has been allotted to US Technology who will be constructing their own campus. Phase III As third phase expansion, Technopark is acquiring 92 acres of land in between the existing campus and the Second phase 86 acres. The Phase III is being developed as a Special Economic Zone. Work on the 100KV sub-station has already commenced. Technopark will provide all the utilities and support services. Pricewaterhouse Coopers (P) Ltd (PWC) has been entrusted with the assignment for the development of Technopark Phase III. The bid document for selecting potential partners to develop the IT/ITES SEZ(40 acres) in Technopark Phase III is under process and will be issued to partners based on the shortlist prepared from RFQ. Technopark-Kollam
Technopark fully owned by Government of Kerala, is one of the leading IT parks in the country. Designed to international standards, Technopark at Trivandrum commenced operations in 1994 and today, it has become one of the largest IT parks where 150 internationally reputed IT/ITeS companies operate with more than 20,000 professionals and 4 million sq ft built-up area. It is also one of the most advanced IT Park in the country with cutting edge facilities across all spectrums of IT business needs located in a breathtakingly beautiful campus. Technopark as part of the hub and spoke model of development is expanding its activities to Kundra, Kollam, which is 63 km away. This is to tap the Kerala's unique advantage of uniform talent distribution, Infrastructure and supporting IT platforms, e.g. telecom, datacom and digital exchanges, excellent infrastructure availability and back-up support. Technopark Kollam is located in 40 acres of prime land near scenic Ashtamudi Lake, for which Special Economic Zone status has been granted by Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.
